Cucumber itself is a healthy fruit and vegetable that has a lot of health benefits.It can serve as a detoxifying drink if made right. It helps to normalize blood pressure, improves your skin health, and can help you lose weight. The list of health benefits goes on and on. We will be learning how to make cucumber smoothie.

Ingredients
1 leaf of kale or 1 cup of spinach½ medium cucumber½ cup of low-fat plain yoghurt½ large apple or pear¼ cup of milk or orange juice or water½ tablespoon of honey or sugar2 ice cubes
Recipe
- Wash your vegetables properly. Chop your cucumber, apples or pear.
- Then remove the stem from your kale leaf and cut into large pieces.
- Get your high-speed blender and pour your Yoghurt and milk into it first before adding all your other ingredients into it.
- Blend until it is very smooth. Pour your smoothie into a glass and serve chilled.
- Your cucumber smoothie is ready drink. Enjoy guys!
